We are pleased to invite you to join us for a special Annual Meeting. This event marks an important milestone for our organization as HCE was founded 80 years ago! We will take time at this meeting to reflect on the achievements of the past year and the 79 that came before it as well as looking ahead to the future.
The Annual Meeting will be held on May 10, 2025. Registration begins at 9:00 AM and the Business Meeting begins at 10:00 AM. This year’s Annual Meeting will have a NEW location. HCE is proud to invite everyone to our headquarters located at 2121 US Hwy 2 NW for the Annual Meeting. Follow the signage as you enter HCE to the building that we will be hosting the Annual Meeting in. As in the past, drivers will be available to take you to the main door.
The meeting will include a message from our Board President, Board Secretary, other board trustees, the CFO, Mark Majeres and myself, the CEO, Craig Gates. Mr. Majeres will highlight the financials of the Cooperative and I will cover some key achievements of the company in the past year and discuss the current state of the industry. While you are at the meeting, you will have the opportunity to speak to various departments if you have any questions.
Attending the Annual Meeting not only allows you to learn more about your electric cooperative and its operations but also allows you to enjoy a meal with your fellow members and hopefully win a prize.
