Annual Meeting — May 11, 2024

Hill County Electric is pleased to invite you to join us for our Annual Meeting. This event marks an important milestone for our organization as we refl ect on the achievements of the past year and look ahead to the future. The Annual Meeting is a time for us to celebrate the successes of the previous year and recognize the hard work and dedication of our team. It is also an opportunity for us to share our plans for the future and gather valuable insights from our stakeholders. We value your contribution and feedback, and this event provides us with a platform to engage with you and strengthen our relationships.

This year's Annual Meeting will be held on May 11, 2024, at the MSU-Northern Ballroom in the Student Union Building on the campus of MSU-Northern in Havre, MT. The event will include a message from our Board President, Board Secretary, other board members, the CFO, Mark Majeres and myself, the CEO, Craig Gates. Mr. Majeres will highlight the fi nancials of the cooperative and I will cover some key achievements of the company in the past year and discuss the current state of the industry. While you are at the meeting, you will have an opportunity to speak to various departments if you have any questions.

We also understand the importance of giving back to the communities and the members we serve. We strongly believe in making a positive impact in our communities and look forward to your support.
