2025 Annual Meeting Election Results
Shane Barrett and Tyler De La Vega ran for the District 1 Trustee seat. Shane received 201 votes and Tyler received 83 votes. The Bylaw changes had 253 yes votes and 33 no votes. HCE’s Bylaw books will be updated soon for our membership. Congratulations to Shane Barrett and on the Bylaws passing.

Due to an increase from our power suppliers, HCE Members will see a 7% rate increase starting June 1st.    The increase amount will be in the form of an increase in Energy kWh Charges.
